What is an Away Day and when is it happening?
An Away Day is a company-wide event for team bonding, fun, and relaxation outside the office. It will take place from [Oct 3rd - Oct 5th] at [Hi-impact,Ibafo]. Please arrive a little early for registration.

Is attendance mandatory?
Attendance is not mandatory. If it conflicts with work, check in with your manager. If you registered and cannot attend, please inform the organisers ahead of time.
Can I bring guests or family?
No, this event is strictly for employees.
What’s on the agenda?
How do I get there and is accommodation included?
No workshops or presentations. Expect lots of fun, games, and a themed dinner.
Transport will be arranged, and accommodation will be provided. All details will be communicated via email and WhatsApp.
What should I wear and bring?
Please refer to the packing list shared. And don’t forget your ID card — without it, you may be turned back.
Will food and drinks be provided, and what about special requirements?
Yes, meals and refreshments will be served on Friday and Saturday.No breakfast on Sunday as we would be checking out early. Please share any dietary, accessibility, or medical needs in advance.
Will photos/videos be taken and who do I contact with questions?
Yes, photos will be taken during the event. For questions, please refer to the communications list shared via email and WhatsApp.
